Need career guidance

Hi everyone,

I’m a BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) student from Mumbai University, India. I’m feeling confused about what to do after graduation. Iam in third year about to get the degree only 6 months left iam preety confused

I’m interested in both finance and marketing, but I’m not sure which one to choose or what kind of jobs are good in these fields

Right now I’m not planning to do an MBA after graduation due to some personal reasons, so I want to explore other options or courses I can do instead

Can anyone suggest:

What are some good career paths after BMS (without an MBA)?

What skills or online courses should I start learning (like Excel, digital marketing, financial analysis, etc.)?

Should I look for internships or entry-level jobs first?

I just want some direction on how to build my career from here.
