Class concept: Regalia, transform into an enchanted equipment to support your allies.
Inspired by two specific anime series, Soul Eater and Noragami, I've always wanted to play a character that has the ability to transform into a weapon for his allies to use. I whipped up this concept over the last couple days, showed it to a few friends who liked it but I'm looking for feedback from the greater community. I personally haven't played any Daggerheart at higher levels yet, so I only drafted up the basic class feature.
Regalia Domains: Blood and Splendor Starting Evasion: 11 Starting HP: 6 Starting Stress: 6
Hope Feature: Empowered Transformation: Spent 3 hope to empower your Regalia form granting either a +1 to Evasion to your Regalia Bearer if you are a Living Armor, or a +1 to attack rolls made by your Regalia Bearer if you are a Living Weapon for the duration of the scene.
Class Features Regalia Transformation: You possess an alternative Regalia Form depending on your subclass. Mark a Stress to transform into your alternative form, teleporting yourself onto, or into the open hand of, an ally within Close range. While an ally is holding or wearing your Regalia form they are referred to as your Regalia Bearer
Shared Power: While you have a Regalia Bearer if you or your bearer make a Reaction roll you can spend a Hope to make that roll using the higher trait between yourself and your Regalia Bearer. you can mark 3 Stress to allow your Regalia bearer to use a domain card in your loadout.
Subclasses Living Weapon: Regalia Form: Choose a Tier 1 Primary or Secondary Weapon, this becomes your Regalia Form. As your tier advances, so too does your Regalia Form. You can wield your own Regalia Form
I am your Weapon: Your Regalia Bearer can use your Trait when making an attack roll instead of theirs.
Living Armor: Regalia Form: Choose a Tier 1 Armor, this becomes your Regalia Form. As your tier advances, so too does your Regalia Form. You are always considered to be wearing the armor of your Regalia Form.
I am your Armor: Your Regalia Form bolsters your Regalia Bearer’s defenses. When your Regalia Bearer would take damage you can choose to make yourself the target of the attack instead, applying damage normally to yourself instead of the original target.
