Programm that won't open

Hey, so I'm no Java programmer, and just a casual user that uses it either for Minecraft or Shimeji. On that matter, I recently tried to run a program multiple times, for it to only come out blank when I open it on notepad++. Can anyone help ? I didn't find any internet tutorial.

I also downloaded the Java dev kit, and ran jarfix without it having any effect.
