Stuck on "finding match" screen in OW2 - problem with playing.

Hey everybody, I haven't played overwatch for a really long time and recently I decided to hop back in, but the game just won't work. I play on a PS5 and I can use the lobby freely, but no matter how long I wait in the "finding match" screen, I won't get connected. If I try joining a custom game, I can create my own room (where no one joins) but I can't join any (they aren't visible for me). This isn't a problem with my wifi, it works fine with any other games I have. I already tried uninstalling and installing the game, resetting the console etc. The blizzard ticket thing isn't helpful at all, it just redirects me to some articles about connection problems. I tried logging into my battle net account, but as I said, I haven't played for a long time, so I don't really remember the login. Besides, none of my e-mails work. That's why I'm here. Did anyone ever encounter such problem? How do I solve it?
