Quest2 bootlooping help

So I have a quest2 that was working fine for years( adb and Keymapper was installed in 2021). Than ~2years ago after 6-11 months of not using I turned it on (do not remember , but probably it updated itself) and started bootlooping to meta logo, bootup sound repeat. Cannot get into home or grid view. Now I finally want to resolve this , preferably without factory reset. Files are not available but pastbin is there and adding my adb it kinda works but I get "no devices/emulators found". As I read online adb comand does not work from Usb update mode or Android recovery , except for sideload update. Is that true or is there a workarounds to get it receive adb commands? I did not try installing a new version via it but as I understand since v21 or so you cannot downgrade your version & I'm scared installing the newest version as I do not want to brick it fully. Any tips or workarounds would be appreciated, thank you in advance!
