Car shopping

We’re on our third week shopping for a large SUV. It should be a simple experience for the salesperson and us. Since we’ll be spending more than we paid for our first two homes we have researched and then started the test drive process. What a nightmare. We’ve been to several dealerships and nobody has introduced themselves to help. We test drove one and the salesman never got our contact information. Most of the salesman look like they just rolled out of bed. The conversation of some has been bigoted. Corporate should send some secret shoppers in and then show the dealership how to clean the sales are and how a salesperson should present themselves.
