Claim review timeframe?

End of November I got a message in journal saying Im having a claim review.

Me and my partner had to provide 4 months bank statements, ID, and proof child lives at address by 6th October.

We sent it all back before the 6th and now its November and not heard anything back.

Is this normal?

My bank statements are very messy. In and out of pots, transfers to and from friends and and family and between my accounts etc but I have no savings over 6,000 ( not even close lol)
