Frustrated with husband (not) handling infant

I’d love to know if i am overreacting here and need to chill the fk out.

We are 2 months PP and when my husband has our infant, he’s content with being on his phone or nintendo switch without engaging with her. when i walk into the room and i see him playing a game while she hangs off him staring into space, or on a boppy pillow next to him, staring blankly it makes me so upset. But part of me thinks i need to calm down since she’s not crying at the moment, she’s probably content?

and i’m not against video games. i love gaming, but i can’t game with her while im holding her while she is awake. i WANT to look at her, talk to her, do activities with her. but i feel like i have to tell my husband to look and talk to her, or do tummy time with her.

i got upset with him once when he was on his phone and the baby was started to fuss. he blindly was trying to stuff a soother in her mouth and unknowingly was poking her eye area. i exasperatedly said “look at her!!” and he got upset with me. but i just can’t stand seeing this.
