Athletics stadium/city

Hi all, have just bought 26 and started a save with my Phillies. I like to keep things as realistic as possible, so I wondered what people do about the Athletics stadium situation on the game in their save? Do you move the A's to Vegas a year or two in? For the stadium, is it best to just create one using the ballpark builder kit? Thanks!
