Trying to find a song that starts with "Oh, lover"

I barely have anything but maybe someone can still help me find the song. I'm pretty sure the (first?) verse starts with the lyrics "Oh, lover" and then a few beats pass before the next lines (which I believe has 3 syllables with the second one being elongated a bit). It's a deep voice which I assume to be male and the whole song is rather slow, nostalgic, maybe sad but in a somewhat gentle and comforting way. It has those singer/songwriter vibes and I think it could be a European/British artist. I know this isn't much but maybe I'm lucky and someone has an idea what song it could be 🫠
