Can i opt for 30 days trial and move to promotional annual plan before the trial ends

Hi, I am currently testing visible+ on my phone and it is working well. However i like the idea of switching networks in us mobile premium plan based on the coverage in area I am in. Does us mobile allows moving to an annual promotional plan during an onging 30 days trial or if i wont be considered a new customer for the promotional offer?
