Stupid question but...

Is there something like an arena game in Warhammer 40,000? I find a pure "sports" simulation, whether video game or tabletop, very interesting. Start your own house or join one, buy or build your own servitors, and fight in the arena. Find sponsors, earn better parts, and climb the ranks. Different classes like servitor, arco-flagellar, and so on.

Or is there a rulebook for playing such a campaign, or do you have to create one yourself?
