Inherited a chunk of land

Long-time lurker here, finally posting. My grandma passed last year and left me this empty lot in Ohio - half-acre, nothing on it but weeds. Been paying property taxes like $800 a year, and it's killing me. Tried a local realtor, but they want 6% plus staging BS I can't afford.

Has anyone been there? How'd you sell without the headache?
