How do college benefits work for 70% disability with 100% from tdiu

Hello I wanted to ask about of i apply for college benefits how will it work if I am 70% disabled but 100% with tdiu?

I didn't qualify for gi bill before ( ar national guard for 3 years active for 1 year of training but no activations" but got disability for 70% but I get paid as 100% am I still able to go for free and do they still pay for housing and school like I am 70 percent or 100?
