[Marketing] I'm a newbie about newsletter and thinking about making a mini printable zine as a lead magnet. But I'm not sure that how much should I do with it.

All of my artworks are already posted somewhere, which means that what in a zine will be just old stuffs, but I also plan to add some texts and play with layout a bit too. Is this enough? or a lead magnet should be something newer and more useful than this?
