IPB - Question

Yung IPB ba is based sa performance mo whole calendar year or by fiscal year? Since na roll off ako sa project last May then 1 month bench tapos nagka project June. San kukunin budget ko, sa previous project or sa current one ? Curious lang , thanks sa makakasagot
