Ethical Breeders in WA/OR?

My husband and I are looking for an ethical breeder in the Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR area. We currently have 2 younger ladies that will be reaching their 1st year early in December. We just recently lost our resident old lady who was just over 3. Ideally, we are looking for 2-3 female ratties to add to our mischief and are willing to drive a few hours, if the match is right.

We tried to give google a search but most of the listings seemed to be fairly old. We would appreciate any info that might help point us in the right direction!
