Screen not staying on

Does anyone else have an issue with the screen staying on? I’ve used the power USB that came with the wheel, a powered USB hub from Amazon, as well as trying to plug directly into the powered USB port in my PC but nothing seems to work. The screen will turn on briefly and then shut off while the lights and other functions of the wheel work fine. Not sure what else I can try. Any help would be appreciated.
