DId I lost my social club account?

so as of 2FA for social club account... I used Authy desktop version as my authenticiator app. Well the Authy has been now discontinued on desktop so when I try loggin in social club it asks for code from 2fa app.. so what do I do now? that social club account is linked to my epicgames account so I can't really do it with a different social club account. Does this mean I lost my game now?
