Help me diagnose the issue

So my keys doesn't work and I tried to program it through putting in the ignition for few seconds and pulling it out, holding unlock en 3 times lock but doesn't do anything. My radio doesn't get optimal FM frequency and my tailgateglass doesn't open when I press the button.

Could my wiring be broken? Fuses are all okay...

It's a 2002 330i touring.
