Clouflare blocks access to help portal to report issue with wrist pad (K 100 RGB)

Hi, I am having issues accessing you customer support in UK, I can access your main page and browse without issues but when trying to make contact via support portal, cloudflare is blocking me. I have an issue with my K100 RGB wrist pad, I have purchased it in February 2023 and left side where my left wrist is resting the top layer is peeling off and is starting to bubble further on right of the original issue. What can I do?
