Awful experience with Motorway (sell your car)

Hi I had 4 mafia gang member type people come to my house and try and buy my car.

One kept saying the manager will call you when it was clearly his family member calling from another parked car near by.

One kept saying car had engine faults & clutch issues including hydraulic issues, all by lifting up the bonnet and offered to take £1500 off sale price.

The broker (Motorway) don't give two shits. In the end they left without the car.

They even offered for me to leave the key in the car unlocked so they can come and inspect with an easy experience without me being present 🤦‍♂️

I will be going to Dealerships (chains) or franchised dealers in the future and will take the event heavier loss in sale value vs a private / broker sale.
