Taxol Bone Pain

I had my first of six Taxol/Carbo infusions on Wednesday. It’s now Saturday, and the bone pain is quite bad. My oncologist doesn’t recommended NSAID’s for pain during this treatment (I believe it has to do with how much it taxes your kidneys), and recommended either Tylenol or oxy. Tylenol never does the job for me and I really don’t care for prescription pain pills if it can be helped.

Any helpful suggestions? Movement seems to temporarily help. If I go for a walk now to ease the ache will I pay for it later? I don’t want to overdo it, but I’m hurting!
