Unable To Withdraw Winnings

Hello Everyone, I need some help. So last night I won my 3 Pick Parlay, my first sports bet ever so I was very excited. Imagine my disappointment upon realizing that ReBet can take my money instantly when I deposit, but their system is broken for new users tying to withdrawal. I have tried the App, my laptop, my phone on the website, my data vs wifi nothing works. The error is shown below:

1.) ReBet Cash, Redeem.

2.) Add Card, Types in Card Info

3.) Continue Button at the bottom disappears, and is replaced with an "Add New Card" button after filling out country box.

4.) Press add card and my debit card is charged a $0.00 active card check.

5.) Redirects to add new card page and wants me to enter all details again, I do and same loop over and over again.

6.) Plz help this is ridiculous.
