Help! My mock scores are falling dramatically very suddenly

My varc scores used to be around 35 they started falling and now I have scored 24. In LRDI I would score anywhere from 15-27, but suddenly I am scoring in single digits. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. These were cr@cku sectionals so I was gave a past year cat paper as a mock, still got poor results. What should I do?
