Heartland Sheds: did I just make a mistake?

Bought a 10x12 shed from Heartland Sheds with the paint package add on, did not realize it was actually just Backyard Products. Backyard Products has been sending me all kinds of info on site prep, what to do after installation including how it comes with paint but they won't paint it themselves.

Have not heard back from customer service about the paint thing yet, but now I'm going down the rabbit hole on reviews and their social media pages where they are very clearly deleting a lot of comments. Most of those still visible were warnings about poor customer service, incomplete installation, a BBB rating of F, etc.

Now I'm really worried I made a mistake. 😬
