PGY2 Critical Care

Hi everyone!

PGY1 resident here who is planning to apply to a PGY2 in critical care this year. I’m very flexible with location and honestly want to see pharmacy practice in a different state. There’s just so many programs out there I have no idea how to narrow down who to PPS with. I’ve heard that a lot of Ivys and East coast programs have very toxic culture but don’t want to miss out on applying to a great place just because I’m not familiar with it myself. I’d love to hear any advice on great programs or any red flag programs I should avoid.
