Budget Friendly Lenses (EF/EF-S)

Starting out in my photography journey so looking for some budget friendly options as I can’t justify things like the Sigma 150-600 just yet and lenses int the 100-400 range seem that they could be suited for now.

Any suggestions (UK market) around £400 please? This would be paired with a Canon 7D MK II.

I’ve seen a lot of different options in slightly different ranges and prices and it’s a bit confusing!
