When Circle Casting, the primary caster doesn’t need to have the Spellcasting feature

Just something that occurred to me while looking over a Shadow Monk build. A non-caster using an item, subclass feature, or feat can still get in on circle casting if they a the one to initiate it. So a party with just one caster can still get in on a bit of circle casting.
