What's the best way to find out about new gifts if I stop running my Uni?

Probably going to put the Uni away for a while soon, but I'd like to stay in the loop of any new gifts so I can start up the Uni just to claim any.

The only way I have in mind is to keep checking the "news" flair here daily. I can't setup notifications specifically for that though.

Are there any pages I could follow that just post Uni news?
