Trying to humidify as a tenant w hvac?

My apartment is 550sqft 9ft ceilings and I have 2 humidifiers that cover the sqftage nearly twice over, but my problem is the only fan settings on my thermostat are on, auto and circ. All of them mean that intermittently the fan turns on, and I think it’s stealing my humidity. I need more humid air in the winter for health reasons, what can I do about this? Is this an hvac problem ?
