incessant banging/thumping noises near norman/jewel?

not sure if anyone else is hearing this but there’s been an incessant banging/thumping/pounding noise for over a day now in the norman/jewel area. sounds like construction noises but it’s too consistent to be that.

does anyone else hear it and know what is causing it? (please tell me i’m not crazy)
