How to summon Recruit tokens in TCG Arena?

Ive been playing riftbound on tcg arena with some friends to learn the game and try out some decks before going to a release event but Im not sure how to summon Viktors recruit tokens in the game. For reference I didnt create a deck, just selected the viktor starter deck from the pre built decks. When I tried adding the recruits to a new deck they wouldn't show up as a card thats addable. Any solutions?
