Dizziness after hurting ear

Hello. I cleaned my daughter’s ears on Sunday and accidentally went to deep stupid me!I hurt her ear and it only hurt for a second but Monday the next day she wasn’t in pain but felt discomfort at school got dizzy and came home. I took her to hospital after a 2 days of dizziness, blood work urine came out normal but still dizzy. I’m so concerned maybe abit too much and anxious and would like to know more about your experience. Feeling when this happened to any of you? Again blood work urine came out normal.
