Civil engineering

Hi seniors, I am about to study civil engineering in thapathali campus. I was originally planning to study architecture but because its a 5 year course, I got de-motivated.
Can you let me know about the condition/difficulty of the course?
If you have already graduated/closed to graduating, how does the job market look?
Is it really difficult to get a job?
How hard is it to get a scholarship abroad after doing civil eng?
Also, I would love some suggestions on what to do in masters after a bachelors in civil engineering?
And what to do after bachelors as a whole.
