SOHO Delhi HALLOWEEN PARTY

Bro to be honest I thought Soho is one of the best clubs in delhi until I experienced this shit halloween party like wtf was going on there .... people were legit taking drugs in front of us and everyone was just pushing each other rather than enjoying. There was an Australian trio with two girls and a boy who were totally uncomfortable and obviously delhi being delhi people were just trying to touch them , dance with them and making them much more uncomfortable. Weed was just normalised there like it's just a basic thing. Is this really normal in delhi?
