Is it normal to feel so ‘tickled’ after donating blood

Hi all, I just donated blood earlier today, last last night there was an open call from the local blood banks that my blood type was low, so I took it upon myself to donate,

I could not donate before as I was on long term antibiotics, but now I’m off the medication and it’s safe for me to donate,

After the donation, in addition to the generic symptoms indicated by the blood back, felt very ‘tickled’ (I don’t have a better word to use) I was laughing at the smallest of things and had my mind full with of the most random shower thought and lame puns/dad jokes

While overall this was a great experience, is this normal? Was it correlated to the blood donation or was it a random coincidence?

For context I’m a 26yo male, non smoker and I have not consumed alcohol 7 days prior to the donation,
