Horror story of my UA Wax

I had my underarm waxed in the BLUE salon at the heart of Davao City. They’re quite known and expanding. But just when I had my UA waxed, and about to go for an important event, they burnt my underarm! Literally, reddish and irritated. 2 days later, it was horribly DARK! I complained to them about it, I do not feel the sincerely. An apology without accountability is not an apology for the damage done. Now as agreed upon, they’ll gonna do laser treatments to lighten up my damaged UA. The person responsible for this was on sick leave, but informed me that someone else will accommodate me. When I got to that blue salon, the staff were so unprofessional! They said that they weren’t informed, they were whispering and looking at me, which I know that they are talking about me. I do not deserve that kind of treatment at all, because in the first place I was the victim of client mishandling which caused me a lot of time, resources and humiliation. I cannot wear the clothes I usually wear, even cancelled my beach trip because of absolutely dark underarms. That incident where they made me feel so small while whispering whtvr it is in front of me, triggered my mental disorders. I was anxious and panicking the whole night. And to give you a lil background, I am clinically diagnosed with mental disorders, so that indeed made me feel worse.

A salon that supposed to enhance the things that made me insecure, did the absolute opposite, making my insecurity worst.
