Sweating the bed from opiates / withdrawal

Hi team - I am a tapentadol user - up to 600mg per day when bad - I have a fused spine / lumbar disc pain on the regular - I am almost 40.

I’m tapering off / getting off them with the help of occasional bupe patches - when will I stop sweating the bed - I fucking hate it and it’s not even hot at the moment !!! Sorry and thank you
