Can I genuinely just walk into any Planned Parenthood? (US SPECIFIC)

Hey y'all. So I (20, MtF, pre everything) posted about DIY HRT on several different trans subreddits and I got a few responses that seemed to imply that Planned Parenthood was a form of DIY because it wasn't supervised by a doctor and had an informed consent model. I also looked this question I'm asking up and I saw a few reddit posts essentially saying that the poster (or commenters) walked in and walked out with E, more or less. Is it that simple? I'm in FL. I had to call and got routed to a centralized location and given an appointment for February in a far away location. They said the closest one "wasn't providing that service". I called twice and got the same response so I imagine it's permanent? Is this because of Florida law or am I missing something?
