can someone help me understand the doordash/gopuff/instacart offers for those on snap?

hi! my aunt had forwarded me the info, but neither doordash or gopuff is letting me do anythign even though the deals are active. I think both are trying to charge my ebt card that only has $0.20 on it and won't accept my debit card to cover the rest of the fees(which only has $20 on it). gopuff keeps giving me a "something went wrong" error and doordash isn't clear on what they're offering for relief. all I can find is "waiving fees for the first 300,000 grocery orders". am I missing something here?
