Data Transfer with knami ID doesn't work on mobile

Hi, I have this problem with the game that when I press Data Transfer with Konami ID, it sends me to the website to put my email and password, but when I press the log in, it turns white and nothing happens, my data cannot be transfer. Can someone report this to Konami? I can't use my account on my phone.

My Phone is a Samsung Ao6 and I'm from Argentina.
