Paid and didn't receive any email

Nagset po kami ng group appointment with my partner and finish the application on time tapos bayad at the end of filling. Sabi sa instructions may marereceived daw na copy of files and application code after 36 hours pero its been 3 days. I emailed the emails provided and look up some emails din sa DFA pero wala pa ding response, huhu worried lng po kasi we're still both students and nasasayangan sa money. I made sure din po na tama lahat yung given na info during application
