Battery Protect, power on output side

I got an issue.I try to install a Lifepo4 in a caravan. Sadly i can not split charger and load side on the toptron el430. Can I still connect the smart battery protect even the PSU of the electroblock puts power on while on 220V? There is a charger directly connected to the battery
