Finally, an app for women with leg problems - would this be useful to you?
Hey everyone,
My co-founder and I both deal with unexplained leg swelling, pain, and heaviness.
We spent years trying to figure out what was going on, doctors were no help.
Finally, we figured out we have lipedema in the lower stages.
Once we knew what it was, we started trying everything - compression, movement, self-care routines, diet changes - but it was always overwhelming to track it all.
So we built Renya, an app that helps you:
• Build a personalized daily routine based on YOUR specific symptoms
• Track what actually helps (and what doesn't)
• Connect with other women going through the same thing
• Access evidence-based habits without the medical jargon
We're not trying to replace doctors, just trying to make day-to-day management less lonely and confusing.
It's free to use, and we'd genuinely love feedback from others who get it.

Do you think an app like this would be useful to you?
Even if not, what's your biggest struggle with managing symptoms day-to-day?
