New to Ally: Zelle taking multiple days?

Hi guys as the title suggests, I just opened up ally for the $300 and I feel like it’s been the worst so far. I tried selling the money in my account out and first I couldn’t even set it up without calling the bank and they said they pushed them through and now it’s been 3 days and recipients funds still haven’t been received. Is this a common thing?
