Need some advice on paranoia

I recently found out one of my neighbors, is going to go visit my (past) parents. I've cut complete contact with my pp's and am fully estranged (you can see my past posts for more info). I'm extremely concerned/paranoid my pps will "visit" my neighbors just to see my children (they live 5hrs from us but are definitely erratic enough and entitled/petty enough to do this). They are definitely the people who think they have a "right" to see my children because they're their grandchildren. I could really use someone to talk to directly at the moment. I'm 26f who is 100% estranged/NC and will Not be going LC/VLC. If someone could chat with me, I'd really be greatful.
