18+[31F] Attracted to my neighbor [53M]

Hi. I'm a 31 year old married woman new to this group and this whole dynamic. Over the last few months I've been getting a lot of attention from my neighbor and I weirdly find it sexy. I never read too much into it given that he's significantly older than me and my husband [33]. It used to just be small talk. Over time we've had some really long conversations and he shows a lot of curiosity about both of us (we're from a different county/culture) and about me. It felt extremely good to just be able to talk to someone who showed genuine interest. Then there were compliments. We're now at a place where he knows my morning routine, sees me when I get back home from my run and compliments me. And honestly on the days that I don't see him when I get back home there is a bit of disappointment. I find his confidence extremely attractive. He is outspoken, loud and means what he says. These are attributes contrary to my husband who is more soft spoken and quiet most of the times. I've never really experienced flirting in the past (grew up in a conservative country) and I feel the excitement every time he flirts with me. Physically I wouldn't call him anything extraordinary. He has the dad bod and I find his salt & pepper silver hair so sexy. We follow each other on social media (my husband follows him too) and I get a like from him on almost all my posts.
