Seasonal Fee Tech Referrals

Is anyone else getting surprising results from the Fee Tech Summer 2026 referrals? I have been referred for GS6 and 7 in past postings, but the Midwest region posting just returned, and I was only referred for a few 4s and was not referred for any 5s. I am specifically wanting to get hired as a 5 at a park that I have worked an interp season at and was shockingly not referred for.

Has anyone else recently gotten surprising results? And has anyone successfully reached out to the seasonal staffing office during the shutdown? I am trying to request a second opinion on my eligibility, but every email I send to various offices has the automatic "government shutdown" return email.
