Scooby doo DLC - Cart issue

Yall im about to scream, has anyone worked out how to power the cart in the last house?

Im absolutely fine with train sets, no issues. But this tiny stretch of 5 track pieces in this stupid dungeon is making me crash out.

Idk if it’s even supposed to be usable??
